نسخة عثمانية مزوقة، تمت كتابتها في 17 ربيع الأول 1176هجري/ 1762 على يد الحاج محمد صالح روزنامجهء سلطان احمد خان ابن المرحوم الحاج ابراهيم؛ [5]294 ورقة فرنسية، 151:207 ملم؛ كراسات خماسية؛ سرلوحة واحدة. في الهوامش تصحيحات عن "نسخة" ونقول من شرح على القاري (توفي سنة 1014 هجري/ 1605) من شرح الشهاب الخفاجي (توفي سنة 1069 هجري/ 1658) المسمى نسيم الرياض. Kitāb al-shifāʾ bi-taʿrīf ḥuqūq al-muṣṭafā. Illuminated Ottoman MS, copied by al-Ḥājj Muḥammad Ṣāliḥ, the gazetteer of sultan Aḥmad Khān, and completed on 17 Rabīʿ II 1176/1762. 5+294 leaves French paper, 151×207 mm 19 lines quinion quires one frontispiece. Marginalia include collations and extracts from the commentaries of ʿAlī al-Qārī (d. 1014/1605) and al-Shihāb al-Khafājī (d. 1069/1658). See Ms. Yah. Ar. 167.
