| תקציר ביוגרפי |
Siegfried Weitzmann trained as an architect in Berlin and together with his partner Korn, was famous in the 1920s for new style building in concrete, iron and glass. Between 1916-1918 he was secretary of the Keren HaYessod. In 1936 he moved to E. Israel, where he worked as a journalist for Juedische Rundschau, Der Jude and der juedische Student and sporadically as an architect. From 1946 he worked as an architect for Rassco in Tel Aviv. His literary and Zionist essays and articles were written throughout his life. |
