ברביקן (בלטינית: Barbecana) הוא מבנה קדמי מבוצר או מבנה שער מבוצר, המהווה חלק מביצורי עיר או ביצורי טירה או מצודה. בדרך כלל מדובר במבנה המצוי בחלקו החיצוני של גשר לשם הגנה על הגשר. מבנים אלה היו פופולריים עד המאה ה-15 עת הפיתוחים במתקני המצור ובארטילריה הפכו אותם ללא יעילים. האחרונים שבברביקנים נבנו במהלך המאה ה-16.
