מנהל הביטוח הלאומי (באנגלית: Social Security Administration, בראשי תיבות: SSA) היא רשות פדרלית אמריקאית שהוקמה על ידי נשיא ארצות הברית פרנקלין רוזוולט במהלך הניו דיל, בשנת 1935 מכוח חוק הביטוח הלאומי. משימת המינהל הייתה לנהל את תוכנית הביטוח הלאומי - המורכבת מפנסיות, קצבאות נכות וקצבאות שאירים. כדי לזכות ברוב ההטבות הללו, עובדים אמריקאים משלמים מיסים לביטוח לאומי על הרווחים שלהם. מטה המנהל ממוקם בוודלון, בולטימור, מרילנד, הוא מונה 10 משרדים אזוריים, 8 מרכזי עיבוד, כ-1,300 משרדי שטח ו-37 מרכזי שירות; נכון לשנת 2018, המנהל העסיק בסך הכל כ-60,000 עובדים.
