הוֹטוֹן מיפְלין הארקוֹרט (באנגלית: Houghton Mifflin Harcourt; ובקיצור: HMH) היא חברת הוצאה לאור אמריקאית של ספרי לימוד, חומרי לימוד טכנולוגיים, ספרי יעץ, סיפורת ועיון, הן לקוראים צעירים והן למבוגרים. החברה ממוקמת ברובע הפיננסי של העיר בוסטון. החברה הייתה מוכרת בעבר בשם חברת הוטון מיפלין (Houghton Mifflin Company), אך שמה שוּנה בעקבות הרכישה של חברת הארקורט הוצאה לאור (Harcourt Publishing) ב־2007. עד מארס 2010, היא הייתה חברה בת של Education Media and Publishing Group Limited, חברת אחזקות בבעלות אירית הרשומה באיי קיימן ונקראה בעבר בשם Riverdeep.
