מייקל דייוויד אפטד (באנגלית: Michael David Apted; 7 בפברואר 1941 – 7 בינואר 2021) היה במאי ומפיק קולנוע וטלוויזיה בריטי. אחד מבמאי הקולנוע האנגלי הפוריים בדורו, היה ידוע בבימוי סדרת הטלוויזיה אפ, סרט ג'יימס בונד (העולם אינו מספיק), והסרט האמריקאי בתו של כורה פחם. האחרון היה מועמד לשבעה פרסי אוסקר, כולל הסרט הטוב ביותר. הוא גם ביים את נל (1994), שקיבל שלוש מועמדויות לפרס גלובוס הזהב ומועמדות אחת לפרס אוסקר, ואת הסרטים שזכו לשבחי הביקורת גורילות בערפל (1988) ואניגמה (2001).
