מוזיקה מנוּונת (בגרמנית: Entartete Musik) היה כינוי בו השתמשו הנאצים בשנות השלושים לתאר סוגים מסוימים של מוזיקה, שעל פי האידאולוגיה הנאצית היו "מזיקים" או "דקדנס". הנאצים הוציאו לקסיקון בשם זה, שכלל את רשימת המלחינים אשר יצירותיהם נכללות בתואר. היחס ל"מוזיקה המנוונת", היה חלק מקמפיין נרחב בשם "אמנות מנוונת", אשר נועד לבודד, לדכא, ולהחרים את היצירות הללו. על דיכוי המוזיקה המנוונת הייתה אחראית לשכת המוזיקה של הרייך.
