אֲרִינַחֲשָאִים או (שם מדעי: Raphidioptera; אנגלית: Snakeflies) היא סדרה של חרקים המונה כ-210 מינים מוגדרים. בעבר מיני קבוצה זו נכללו בסדרת מרושתי-כנף (יחד עם סדרת כנפתנאים), אבל כיום אלו נחשבות סדרות נפרדות שנמצאות בקבוצת רקומי-כנף. ארינחשאים הם חרקים טורפים גם כבוגרים וגם כזחלים. הארינחשאים נפוצים מאוד באזורים בעלי אקלים חם בחצי הכדור הצפוני כגון באזורים החמים של אירופה ואסיה, במערב ארצות הברית ובמדבריות ערב.
