הדור הגנוב (באנגלית: "Stolen Generation") הוא מונח המתאר את הילדים האוסטרלים האבוריג'ינים, שהועברו מבתיהם וממשפחותיהם על ידי נציגי הממשלה האוסטרלית ונציגי הכנסייה, בשנים 1972-1900. לפי הנתונים הממשלתיים, לפחות 35,000 ילדים הועברו מבית הוריהם. אולם מכיוון שבמקרים רבים לא נשמרו רישומים מסודרים על ידי הרשויות, כנראה שמדובר במספרים גדולים בהרבה. לפיכך, כיום מעריכים שבין 10% ל-30% מן הילדים בני העם האבוריג'יני, הועברו מבתיהם בשנים אלו.
