כפר בלתי מוכר הוא כינוי רוֹוח ליישוב ערבי ישראלי (לרוב כפר בדואי) שאינו מאושר בידי הרשויות המוסמכות והבנייה בו אינה חוקית. רוב היישובים הלא-מוכרים שוכנים על אדמות מדינה בנגב ומכונים הפזורה הבדואית או בקיצור "הפזורה".
