שְׁמוּאֵל אוּשְׁקֵי (בפורטוגלית: Samuel Usque; נולד בליסבון סביב 1500, נפטר אחרי 1555 בפרארה או בצפת) היה משורר והיסטוריון פורטוגלי ממוצא יהודי. הוא מחבר היצירה "ניחומים לתלאות ישראל" (Consolaçam às Tribulaçoens de Israel).
