משרד המודיעין והניתוח (באנגלית: Office of Intelligence and Analysis, או בקיצור: I&A) הוא רכיב סוכנות ביון אזרחית במחלקה לביטחון המולדת של ארצות הברית ואחד משני חברים סטטוטוריים בקהילת המודיעין של ארצות הברית, במקביל למודיעין משמר החופים. זהו החבר היחיד בקהילת המודיעין שתפקידו לספק מודיעין לממשלים מקומיים (מדינות וטריטוריות). הסוכנות והמחלקה לביטחון המולדת הוקמו בעקבות פיגועי 11 בספטמבר כדי להתמודד עם אתגרי בביטחון הלאומי ופערי שיתוף המידע שזוהו על ידי הוועדה לחקר אירועי 11 בספטמבר. I&A הוקמה במקור על ידי חוק ביטחון המולדת משנת 2002 כמינהלת לניתוח מידע והגנת תשתיות. רק עם יישום המלצות חוק ועדת 11 בספטמבר משנת 2007 נוצרה I&A רשמית כסוכנות הפדרלית הראשונה שחויבה סטטוטורית לשתף מידע ברמה המדינתית והמקומית.
