ליאון הירש קייזרלינג (cao nkt באנגלית: Leon Hirsch Keyserling; 11 בינואר 1908 – 9 באוגוסט 1987) היה כלכלן ועורך דין יהודי-אמריקאי. במהלך הקריירה שלו הוא עזר לנסח חלקים חשובים של חקיקת העסקה ההוגנת (Fair deal) של נשיא ארצות הברית הארי טרומן כראש המועצה של יועצים כלכליים. היה אחד המקדמים של הרעיון שצמיחה כלכלית היא ערך חשוב, שממשלות צריכות לפעול למענו.
