מארן ניהוף (Maren R. Niehoff, נולדה 16 באפריל 1963) היא חוקרת מחשבת ישראל ישראלית ממוצא גרמני, המכהנת כראש הקתדרה על שם מקס קופר בחוג למחשבת ישראל וכראש החוג באוניברסיטה העברית בירושלים. תחום מחקרה מתמקד בהגות היהודית ההלניסטית והרבנית המוקדמת, וביחסים ביניהן. ביוני 2021 היא נבחרה כחברה באקדמיה הלאומית הישראלית למדעים.
