אלתיאה גיבסון (באנגלית: Althea Gibson; 25 באוגוסט 1927 – 28 בספטמבר 2003) הייתה טניסאית וגולפאית אמריקאית מקצוענית ובשיאה דורגה במקום ראשון בעולם בטניס (1957). גיבסון זכתה ב-11 תוארי גראנד סלאם, מהם 5 ביחידות, 5 בזוגות נשים ו-1 בזוגות מעורבים. גיבסון הייתה לספורטאית האפרו-אמריקאית הראשונה בעולם (מכל מגדר) שזכתה בטורניר גראנד סלאם בטניס והשתתפה בסבב המקצועני לנשים בגולף (שנות ה-60). בשנים 1957 ו-1958 זכתה גיבסון בתואר ספורטאית השנה בעולם על ידי Associated Press והייתה לאישה האפרו-אמריקאית הראשונה שהופיעה על כריכות המגזינים - ספורטס אילוסטרייטד, ו-Time. בתקופה שהגזענות והדעה הקדומה היו שכיחים, רבים ממומחי הספורט משווים אותה ואת תרומתה לזו של שחקן הבייסבול האפרו-אמריקאי ג'קי רובינסון.
