ארנב הפסחא הוא דמות של ארנבון, שעל-פי המסורת הנוצרית נותן מתנות בחג הפסחא, בדרך-כלל סלסלות מתנה לילדים בחג עצמו (או בעונת האביב). מקורה של מסורת זו הוא בתרבויות גרמאניות וליתר דיוק כנראה מחבל אלזס, שם לדמות זו של הארנב יש מסורת רבת שנים. עם זאת היום היא כבר נפוצה בכל אירופה במשך הרבה מאוד זמן. במקור הייתה זו דמות של ארנבת ולא ארנבון אך בחלק מהמקומות זה השתנה עם הזמן. ארנב הפסחא הוא דוגמה למיתולוגיית פולקלור, כמו גם דמויות אחרות כגון סנטה קלאוס ופיית השיניים. מקורה של מסורת ארנב הפסחא זו נעוצה בהיותו של הארנבון סמל פריון. גם ביצים מסמלות פריון ועל כן קיימת מסורת רבת שנים של קישוט וצביעה של ביצים מבושלות בחג הפסחא, הקרויות ביצי פסחא. הקשר של החג לפריון קשור למועד החג, תחילת האביב, בו האדמה נעשית פורייה. באוסטרליה, בה הארנב נחשב למכת מדינה בשל הנזקים הרבים שהוא גורם לחקלאות, קמה חלופה מקומית לארנב הפסחא בדמות בילבי הפסחא על שמו של הבילבי הענק שהוא כיסאי דמוי ארנב ומצוי בסכנת הכחדה.
