- ג'ורג' הומר ראיין (באנגלית: George Homer Ryan; 24 בפברואר 1934 - 2 במאי 2025) היה פוליטיקאי אמריקאי מאילינוי, איש המפלגה הרפובליקנית, שכיהן כמושל אילינוי ה-39 בשנים 1999-2003. לפני כן הוא כיהן כסגן מושל המדינה, כמזכיר המדינה שלה וכחבר בית המחוקקים שלה, כולל שנתיים כיושב ראש הבית. שמו של ראיין משך תשומת לב ברמה הלאומית כאשר ב-1999 הוא עצר את ההוצאות להורג באילינוי וב-2003 המתיק 167 עונשי מוות למאסר עולם.[1] מאוחר יותר הוא הורשע בבית משפט פדרלי בסעיפי שחיתות וריצה יותר מחמש שנים בבית סוהר פדרלי ושבעה חודשים במעצר בית. הוא שוחרר ממאסרו ביולי 2013.
