وجب الانتباه إلى أنّ شروط الاستخدام تتطرّق إلى حقوق التأليف والنشر فقط. إذا كانت هناك قيود إضافية تسري على الاستخدام المطلوب، على سبيل المثال - قانون حماية الخصوصيّة، 1981، قانون حظر التشهير، 1965 أو قوانين أخرى، يكون المستخدم مسؤولًا عن التحقق من ذلك قبل الاستخدام.
