Dr. Moritz Kirschstein, probably pedagogue Moritz Kirschstein (1826 Chodziez /Poznan - 1900), active in Reform Judaism. He received his Talmudic education in Glogau and Danzig. After studying philosophy in Berlin, he taught religion at the community's boys' school. Kirschstein published on teaching religion and Hebrew; a collection of scientific treatises, lectures, speeches, and sermons "Wissenschaftliche Abhandlungen, Vorträge und Ansprachen" (1902), was published after his death --
