Provision of the scan or print-out will only be possible after clarification of the state of copyright and terms of use of the items. Any order refers to one item.

The service is at a cost in accordance with the document delivery service price list.
Please note, the final cost will be determined after a precise calculation of the number of pages requested. The order must be confirmed by the customer. The work will be carried out after the payment is made.
When you have finished filling out the form, a notice will appear which confirms that the form was sent successfully.
When the form is received, your request will be transferred and dealt with by the document delivery team in the library, who will contact you and continue processing your application.
You will receive an email containing a price quote detailing the costs. You must confirm and accept the quoted price so that we can continue processing your request. If there are no copyright issues to resolve, the price quote will be accompanied by a link for online payment.
Payment is done online via secure transactions using either a credit card.
The copy will be provided within 14 working days from the date the payment is made.
