Tours at the National Library of Israel
The National Library of Israel is operating in accordance with Health Ministry guidelines and the "Purple Badge" standard.
As a result, there will be no guided tours in the building until further notice.
We hope to resume normal activity as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can join our online activities.
The National Library of Israel invites you to come inside, browse through the shelves and reading rooms, explore the hidden treasures and get to know our special collections.
The National Library holds over 4 million items which reflect the many faces of Israeli and Jewish culture through the ages. There is a huge selection of books, manuscripts, rare prints, photographs, historical posters, personal and institutional archives, exquisite maps, and the largest and most expansive collection of Jewish and Israeli music in the world.
The National Library Visitors Center offers the general public a large array of guided tours and lectures about the Library's collections.
Opening hours: Sun-Thurs between 09:00-15:00
