  • השיר "יצאנו אט" נכתב על ידי חיים חפר בשנת 1946 והולחן מעט לאחר צאתו על ידי דוד זהבי, שראה את השיר על גבי דפי העיתון "במעלה" בהוצאת תנועת "הנוער העובד". השיר התפרסם לראשונה בביצוע להקת הצ'יזבטרון וזכה מאז לגרסאות כיסוי רבות של זמרים וזמרות מפורסמות בהן שושנה דמארי, שלמה ארצי, אריק איינשטיין ועוד.
    השיר, שעוסק בנושאי אהבה, פרידה ושכול ברוח אירועי מאבק היישוב על הקמת המדינה, נחשב בעיני רבים לייחודי משום שהוא מבטא רגשות מופנמים של לוחמי פלמ"ח שלא הרבו לספר בחוויות הרגשיות מתקופת שירותם הצבאי. לדברי חפר, השיר טומן בחובו גם זיכרונות רומנטיים מלילות אהבה בכרמים, שהיו האזור היחיד שבו ניתן היה להתבודד לצורכי אהבה.
