Enlarge text Shrink textDescription
"The file contains a handwritten postcard, written in Weimar on June 30, 1912. The text was written on a picture postcard of the Goethe house in Weimar, showing Goethe's bedroom. Kafka referred to his (and Max Brod's) arrival in Weimar and to their hotel room (in the hotel Chemnitius). In addition, there is a fragment of a handwritten letter on stationary of ""Marielyst Østersøbad, W. Hansen"", written most likely to his parents, concerning his plans of being independent from them."
