Description
The series includes manuscripts, drawings, and letters by Kafka to others, which have been given to Brod as gifts from Franz Kafka. In addition, there are letters by Brod to Kafka. Kafka's letters to Max Brod are part of Series 3: Correspondence. The series also includes additional materials related to Kafka and his work. Prior to their transfer to the National Library, the original manuscripts, drawings, and correspondences have been kept in bank vaults in Tel Aviv and in Zurich until 2017 and 2019.
