An author and documentary filmmaker, was born in Moscow. She immigrated to Israel in 1990 and lives in Tel Aviv. Bialsky graduated from the Steve Tisch School of Film and Television at Tel Aviv University. She directed a number of documentaries that were broadcast in Israel and abroad. We Saw Night (2014) was her literary debut, and her second novel, Redundant People, was published in 2018.
Was born and raised in Jerusalem. He holds a BA in Math and Philosophy and an MA in Philosophy, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Within his MA studies he specialized in the field of the Philosophy of Language. At present, Dan teaches math at "Hanisui" High School in Jerusalem. His novels include Beyond Here (2013), Block (2017), which won the Ramat-Gan Prize for Literature in 2018, and the soon-to-be-published, Adjunct Teacher.
Was born in 1977. Matan is an author, screenplay writer and film director. His debut novel, A Room of His Own, was published in 2008 and won critical acclaim. His film, Scaffolding, which had its world premiere at the Cannes Film Festival, won the Haggiag Prize for Best Israeli Feature Film at the Jerusalem Film Festival. Matan's second novel (also titled Scaffolding) will be published by Yedioth Books in May 2019.
Is an Israeli author, who was born in Jaffa. He has published a collection of short stories, Scaffoldings, (Hakkibutz Hameuchad), two poetry books, And Now the Journey and Penning Distances (Pardes Publishing House), and two children's books. He was awarded the Minister of Culture Prize for emerging poets, and the Prime Minister Literary Award for Hebrew Writers.
