Scope and content שיר לכבוד לידת בנו של יעקב בן משה טריאסטי ולכבוד הכנסת ספר תורה חדש לבית כנסת האשכנזים ע"י האחים יעקב הנ"ל ומאיר. ששה בתי שיר בני ארבע שורות ופזמון חוזר בן שתי שורות. השיר חתום: קו"ל מנחת כהן, אשמח בשמחתם [כנראה מדובר בחנניה כהן]. נכתב בשנת א'מ'ת' ליעק'ב [=תקמ"א], כנראה בפדובה.
