חסר בהתחלה. מתחיל רק בפרק ג מהמאמר הראשון. בדפים 149ב-150א רשומים רפואיים בכתיבה מאוחרת. בשוליים מספר הערות, חלקם מאת "א"א". בגוף החבור מובאים גם דבריו של חנין בן יצחק, שתרגם את הספר לערבית. בסופו קולופון המתרגם: "נשלם המאמר השביעי מספור הפרקים בפי' גלינוס שהעתיקו חנין בן יצחק...ואני נתן המאתי העתקתיו מלשון ערב ללשון הקדש" אך במקום תאריך התרגום כתב המעתיק תאריך ההעתקה: "השלמתו היתה בשבעה ימים לחדש תשרי שנת רמ"ג לאלף ה נושא נוסף: מדעים. רפואה The Russian State Library Moscow Russia Ms. Guenzburg 1114 |
