They are both bearded and wrapped in a Tallit (a prayer shawl). They stand on a luxurious staircase of the Bimah in the synagogue, with a window and a candelabra on each side. The gilded decoration is bolted out. The text at the bottom has spelling errors, possibly implying of an involvement of a non-Jewish printer. [M. J.]
