Clark and that Williams was her married name; Lauretta DeCaulp, married to Confederate soldier Thomas C. DeCaulp in September 1863; later he would tell Union authorities that he was really William Irwin, a carpenter from the Philadelphia area, though he was probably the carpenter W. L. Irwin, born in 1831-32, who had lived in A.F. Dyer's boarding house in Little Rock in June 1860)
