- Graham Howells is a Welsh illustrator and children's author. Howells was born in Antwerp, Belgium, before moving to Pembroke Dock at the age of ten. He attended Bush Comprehensive School in Pembroke. He has illustrated books for many other authors, as well as writing and illustrating his own.
