- Tekenares van Montparnasse, 2020:title page (Edith Auerbach) back cover (born in Cologne 1899, painter and sketch artist of Jewish heritage, in 1940 was imprisoned in concentration camp Gurs, she was able to escape Gurs and went into hiding, returned to Paris after liberation) page 182 (various death dates listed online including 1949 and 1956, but Parisian civil servants confirm a Cologne historian's assessment that she passed away in Paris in 1994)
