Banarsidas Chaturvedi (24 December 1892 – 2 May 1985) was a Hindi-language writer and journalist. He received the Padma Bhushan from the Government of India in 1973. He was born in Firozabad in the North-Western Provinces of British India. His work connected themes of nationalism, social reform, and the experiences of Indians overseas. He was associated with India's cultural and political movements and with intellectuals, reformers, and writers of his time. These associations influenced his writing and contributed to his role in Hindi literature and Indian public life.
