Nesoryzomys is a genus of rodent in the tribe Oryzomyini of family Cricetidae, endemic to the Galápagos Islands. Five species have been described, with two of them considered extinct. Other rodents restricted to the Galápagos include Megaoryzomys curioi and Aegialomys galapagoensis.
