Moravský Krumlov (Czech pronunciation: [ˈmorafskiː ˈkrumlof]; German: Mährisch Kromau) is a town in Znojmo District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 5,600 inhabitants. The Rokytná River flows through the town. Moravský Krumlov was founded in the 13th century. The historic town centre is well preserved and is protected as an urban monument zone. The Renaissance building of the Moravský Krumlov Castle is the main landmark of the town.
