Yvette Amice (4 June 1936 – 4 July 1993) was a French mathematician who carried out research in the areas of number theory and p-adic analysis. The Amice transform and Amice theorem for p-adic functions are named after her. She headed academic societies and was the second woman president of the Société mathématique de France. In addition to her academic work, she promoted recognition of women mathematicians and their achievements.
