- אברהם קרוון (1902-1968) היה גנן העיר תל אביב במשך כארבעה עשורים אשר במהלכן השפיע רבות על תפיסת הגנים הציבוריים והמרחב הפתוח בעיר תל אביב, עבודותיו וחותמו ממשיכים לקבל ביטוי עד לימינו ברחבי העיר תל אביב וגניה. קרוון נחשב בעיני רבים כאחד מאבות אדריכלות הנוף הישראלית על אף שמעולם לא קיבל תואר של אדריכל נוף. בנו דני קרוון (7 בדצמבר 1930 - 29 במאי 2021) היה פסל, מעצב תפאורות וצייר ישראלי, חתן פרס ישראל לשנת 1977.
