From 1962 to 1994, the Nigerian Law School had only one campus, located in Lagos; today, the main campus is in Abuja; the other campuses are the old one in Lagos and two new ones in Enugu and Kano [the website gives the name variously as "Nigerian Law School" and "Nigeria Law School"] ) August 4, 2017 (The Nigerian Law School formally began operations in Igbosere road, Lagos. The school was relocated to Abuja in 1997. In 1997, the Federal Government approved the Council's proposal to establish three campuses of the Law School in Lagos, Kano and Enugu, and even more recently in 2009 approved the establishment of two new campuses in Yola, Adamawa State and Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.)
