Yves Quéré (born 1931 in Commercy) is a French physicist and a member of the Academy of Sciences. Quéré is Professor Emeritus at the École Polytechnique, where he was elected President of the Department of Physics and President of the Senate of Professors, and then appointed Director of Education.
