- רחל ממלוק-נעמן היא דוקטור להוראת מדעים, מדענית בכירה וחברת סגל במחלקה להוראת המדעים במכון ויצמן (החל משנת 2000) . במשך כ-50 שנה היא עוסקת בנושאים הקשורים לפיתוח, הפעלה והערכה של תוכניות לימודים המיועדים ללומדי כימיה ומורי כימיה בבית-הספר התיכון בישראל. ממלוק-נעמן נולדה ברומניה, ועלתה עם הוריה לישראל במאי 1949. ממלוק-נעמן נשואה לפרופסור רון נעמן מהמחלקה לפיזיקה כימית במכון ויצמן למדע, ואם ל-3 בנים מנישואיה ליאיר ממלוק ז"ל.
