- Tobias Haslinger page (Tobias Haslinger (born March 1, 1787 in Zell bei Zellhof, Upper Austria, [died] June 18, 1842 in Vienna) was an Austrian music publisher and composer. Since 1810 he lived in Vienna where he worked first as an accountant, later as a partner in the art shop of Sigmund Anton Steiner, whom he took over in 1826.
