Born Caracas, Venezuela, 1917. Studied Medicine in Venezuela (Universidad Central de Venezuela). Received degree, 1943. Taught in university for 30 years. President of B'nai Brith 1974-76. Participated in A.I.V. elections. Worked in 'Vargas' hospital. Discusses: Jewish community in Venezuela; establishment of State of Israel.
