Description Describes the background to the trial of Adolf Eichmann in Jerusalem in 1961, and discusses Eichmann's personality and career. The trial had important consequences, among them the abolition of the statute of limitations in cases of crimes against humanity in many countries. However it also contributed to the appearance of Holocaust revisionist literature. also mentions the discussion aroused by Hannah Arendt's book "Eichmann in Jerusalem" (1963).
