Printed circular letter, one page, dated 17.11.1806, sent following Royal Instructions to Flag Officers, Captains etc., and Commanders of ships having Letters of Marque, by the commissioners of the Admiralty Office, instructing them not to seize and detain goods of Russian vessels and ships trading with France.
