מס' 93 מיום 21.5.1790 אל היהודי ישראל יעקב וולף פרל מברסלאו, ובו הרשות להכלל בין 160 בתי אב יהודיים בעיר בעלי זכות כזו. נחתם בברסלאו ב-20.11.1790, עם חותם השעוה.;נספח: העברת החסות לבנו של יעקב ישראל, יואל וולף פרלס ע"פ צו מיום 19.8.1810. נחתם ביום 5.9.1810 ע"י שמואל גוטליב קורדה C?rde, פקיד לשכת הרישום המלכותית, מינהל הועדה לעניני היהודים ולוין בנימין דוהם, עוזר בועדה לענייני היהודים ונציגי הקהילה. יש נגטיב.;חוברת קלף בת 4 דפים, כתב יד בגרמנית.
