Ownership history תחילתו של האוסף בהפקדה של האוסף הפרטי של הגב' אלונה נוה לספרייה הלאומית בינואר 2003. לאחר מכן הוסיפה מחלקת הארכיונים לאוסף זה תכניות נוספות מרכישה שנעשתה באוקטובר 2007, תוכניות שהוצאו מאוסף הכרוזים והכרזות ופריטים מאיסוף שוטף. לאוסף צורפו גם שני מיכלים תרומת הגברת אהובה גנור, אוקטובר 2009 ופריטים שנתרמו ביולי 2018 על ידי הגברת פולה לפקוביץ.
