האוסף כולל דגלי שמחת תורה - דגלי נייר צבעוניים ובהם ציורים הקשורים לחג, אשר הונפו על ידי ילדים בהקפות המסורתיות בבתי הכנסת ובהקפות שניות בחוצות הערים. רוב ההפריטים מישראל. חלק מהדגלים נושאים גם תוכן פרסומי או מפלגתי. באוסף גם: דגל שמחת תורה מפלסטיק ודגלים להזדמנויות אחרות (הכנסת ספר תורה, המעמד הגדול לסיום הש"ס, הנחת אבן פינה, נישואין בחסידות ערלוי).
