אוסף שטרות שנערכו במכנאס בין השנים תרנ"ד-תרע"ח. 1. שטר שותפות בין חיים בן שם טוב בוטבול, משה בן אליעזר טולידאנו, ומרדכי בן אהרן עטר, נחתם בטאנג'אר בי"ז באדר א' תרס"ה. חתומים אליהו אלמאליח וברוך טולידאנו. כולל תוספת לשטר מי"ד בחשון תרס"ז בחתימת שלמה ן' שטרית. 2. שטר מכירת בית במכנאס על ידי שמואל בן שלמה ן' סמחון ממכנאס ליעקב בן מימון צירולייא, נחתם בטאנג'אר בא' באייר תרנ"ד. חתומים: אליהו אלמאליח ומשה ן' ג'ו. 3. שטר חוב שקשור אל מכירת הבית שבשטר הקודם, בין שמואל בן שלמה ן' סמחון ליעקב בן מימון צירולייא. נחתם בטאנג'אר בא' באייר תרנ"ד. חתומים: אליהו אלמאליח ומשה ן' ג'ו. כולל תוספת לשטר מכ"ד בניסן תרנ"ה, בחתימת שמואל טולידאנו, אברהם בן חסין ושלמה בירדוגו. 4. שטר בין מסעוד בן יאודה אדרעי מתושבי טאנכיר, ומרדכי בן סעדיה לאבוז מתושבי פאס. נחתם בארבט בכ"ו במרחשון תרע"ח, על ידי דוד צבאח ויצחק ברדוגו. 5. שטר עדות על חוב של אליהו בן יצחק הכהן מתושבי מקנאס, למשה בן אליהו נצ'אם ושותפו יצחק בן סאלם חמו. נחתם בפאס בד' בכסלו תרנ"ד בידי: יוסף הלוי אבן יולי ושלמה ששון. עם קיום חתימות על ידי רפאל אבן צור ויוסף סירירו.
