פותח: "האותיות נחלקות לחמשה ...". במקומות אחדים הניסוח זהה לזה שבספר צוהר התיבה מאת שלמה זלמן כ"ץ, שקיצורו הועתק בראש כתב-יד זה. ושמא הוא המחבר או שהחיבור מיוסד על ספרו. מדף 88א-114א: המשך החיבור או חיבור אחר בדקדוק הפותח: "ודע בהפעלים כולם הנמצאים בכל המקרא הם עשרים ושתים גדרות".... נושא נוסף: בלשנות דקדוק The Royal Danish Library Copenhagen Denmark Ms. Sim.
