الأشباه والنظائر في فروع الحنفية لزين الدين عمر بن إبراهيم المصري الحنفي الشهير بابن نجيم والمتوفى سنة 970 هجري/ 1562، وشرح الفن الثاني منه في الضوابط، وهو أنفع الأقسام للمدرس والمفتي، وشرحه القاضي مصلح الدين مصطفى بن خير الدين [عبد الله] الرومي القاضي بمكة المكرمة، الشهير بـجلب والمتوفى سنة 1025 هجري/ 1616، اتمه سنة 1022 هجري/ 1613 وأهداه للسلطان أحمد بن محمد خان آل عثمان. نسخة تمت كتابتها في غرة ربيع الاخر 1099 هجري/ 1688. أول النسخة : "الحمد لله الذى تقدست عن الاشباه والنظاير ذاته ... اما بعد فيقول \الشارح\.. لما كان المختصر المسمى بالاشباه والنظاير .. مشهورا الخ"؛ ثم أول الشرح: "كتاب الطهارات الكتاب والكتب فى اللغة الجمع والضم الخ"؛ وآخر المتن: "وحكى ذلك اصحاب احمد بن ابى حارث وابو عمرو الطبرى ..". ". Tanwīr al-adhhān wa-al-ḍamāʾir fī sharḥ al-ashbāh wa-al-naẓāʾir Commentary by Muṣliḥ al-Dīn Muṣṭafā b. Khayr al-Dīn ʿAbdallāh al-Rūmī (d. 1025/1616), on the second fann of the treatise on Ḥanafī substantive law by Zayn al-Dīn ʿUmar b. Ibrahīm al-Miṣrī, known as Ibn Nujaym (d. 970/1562). MS completed on 1 Rabīʿ I 1099/1688 by Aḥmad b. Maḥmūd al-Ṣūfiyawī al-Filibawī. 6+276 leaves Western paper, 160×214 mm damaged by damp 25 lines quinion quires. For previous owners, see Arabic.
