نسخة تمت كتابتها في 16 جمادى الآخر 749 هجري 1348 على يد أحمد بن يوسف بن مالك الرعيني الغرناطي (سنة 700 هجري -779/1300 هجري -1377 أنظر: إبن العماد الحنبلي, شذران الذهب في أخبار من ذهب. القاهرة, 1350–1351 260:6) بالبيرة على شاطئ الفرات؛ 93 ورقة شرقية، 192:270 ملم.
يبتدئ في الباب الأربعين من كتاب النكاح، وينتهي إلى آخر كتاب النفقات؛ في الهوامش تصحيحات وبعض التفسيرات اللغوية، وأيضا توضيح بعض الأسماء بخط الناسخ.
